Button
My cat Button is grey and white and is my alarm clock. She meows at like 6 AM in the morning. Why. Because she is deaf. I don’t care if she’s deaf or not, she is my kitty. I feel like if she can’t hear with her ears, she can hear with her heart. She is a lap cat. She loves to sit with people. Sometimes I sit with Button for like two hours and talk to her or just pet her. She may be old, but she loves to play. She’s a kitten at heart. She loves it when I give her belly rubs, chin scratches, or just loves, and she’s very attached to this box by the recycling bin. She she naps in it a lot. Like I mentioned, she loves to play. Sometimes we spend a long time playing together. She has a lot of energy for an old cat!
Four amazing stories about Button: one time Button came on my bed and snuggled on my stomach, and then at the usual time, she meowed. I woke up and I noticed she was snuggled up with one of my stuffies. The second one was about when Button was sleeping in her box and I went over to pet her. She jumped out of her skin! She ran over to the hallway where we usually sit when she noticed it was me so that she could sit with me and get pets. The third one was about when Button was meowing for dinner right after my Dad fed her. We have this other cat named Mallory. And her and Button don’t get along. So when Mallory passed by Button, she let out a strange hiss.
So you see Button may be old, but she is very sweet and very calm and very playful. My Mom and Dad got her as a kitten before I was born, and before my brother was born. She is my Mom‘s baby cat. Four of Button’s traits are being sweet, energetic, loving, and playful.
